How do I turn background music On or OFF?
Display Phones: Some display phones show BGM on the bottom line, press the softkey below BGM to turn on or off.
If you do not have a Music On Hold device connected to your telephone system and you inadvertently turn BGM on, you may a hear white noise or hiss through your speaker during quiet times. Simply turn off the BGM as indicated below. Not sure which system you have, click here.
