Yes, there is a reason we are not Panasonic and we cannot help with retail products is listed many times.  Any questions we receive regarding retail products will not be answered.  We just don't want the abuse that a polite email stating we have no information on retail products seems to encourage.  Remember, this is a free service and many many hours are required to keep information current.  We cannot possibly take the time to research products we have never used, installed or worked with.
