How do I set up and use Live Call Screening on my phone system?

LCS allows you to listen to callers as they leave messages in your mailbox.

If a caller is leaving a message and you want to talk to the caller, pick up handset or press SP-Phone button or press the LCS button

Making an LCS Button        (You only need to do this step the first time)
  1. Move switch on the end of your phone to PROGRAM or press PROGRAM.
  2. Press the button you want to use
  3. Dial 92 for a LCS button, press STORE
  4. Move switch on the end of your phone to PROGRAM or press PROGRAM

If you have older software and need an LCS cancel button, step 3 is 93
 
Setting the LCS password  (You only need to do this step once)
  1. Press Intercom button
  2. Dial 77*
  3. Enter password (password is 000 to 999)
  4. Enter password again
  5. Press #
 Canceling the LCS password
  1. Press Intercom button
  2. Dial 77*
  3. Enter password (password is 000 to 999)
  4. Enter password again
  5. Press #

 
 
Setting Live Call Screening

With the handset down and the speakerphone off, press the Live Call Screening button, enter your password and press #.  Feature is now active and you can hear a caller leaving a message through the speaker. Feature not available while you are on the phone.
 
Canceling Live Call Screening

With the handset down and the speakerphone off, press the Live Call Screening button
 
Conversing with the caller while leaving a live message:

With the handset down and the speakerphone off, press the Live Call Screening button or lift handset or press SP-PHONE
