Call a station, Hear busy tone, Press 1. The station hears 3 beeps and is alerted that you are waiting.  Call waiting must be set on station called.

Call Pickup GROUP   Allows you to pickup calls from a ringing phone in your group

During speakerphone conversation  Press auto answer mute - turns off microphone  (light flashes red slowly)  Press again to turn microphone on  (light goes out)

Lift Handset or press line key   Press Redial

Speed Dialing, System 

Press Auto Dial/Store key,  System speed code (00-99) 

Station Feature Clear

Intercom 79#   (Clears all station features)

Transfer

While having a conversation,  Press transfer key (party is placed on hold),  Dial station number or DSS key,  Hang up or Wait for answer, announce and hang-up

STATION PROGRAMMING       

Enter Program Mode

Set the MEMORY switch to PROGRAM or press PROGRAM button.  Switch is on the end of the phone where line cord is plugged in.

Exit Program Mode

Set the MEMORY switch to SET or press the PROGRAM button.  Switch is on the end of the phone where line cord is plugged in.

To confirm Station/Jack

Enter PROGRAM mode.

Press 6  (Read Display), Exit

To Confirm a Flexible Key

Enter PROGRAM mode.

Press the desired key - Display shows status, Exit

DSS/BLF Key

Direct Station Select/Busy Lamp Field keys allow you to call another station by pushing one key and also see the status of that station.

Enter PROGRAM mode.

Select Key you want to use

Dial 1 (Skip this step if using a key without a light)

Dial the station number

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE, Exit

Speed Dial Key

You may push CONF if you want a hyphen between numbers such as 234-5678
