Call the
office.

If the voice
mail answers, press POUND 6 STAR and your mailbox number.

If someone
answers live, have them transfer you to your mailbox. When you hear any
greeting, press POUND 6 STAR and then your mailbox number. You have logged-in.
To Log-In from inside the office but from another
phone.

Call the voice mail, press POUND 6 STAR and then your
mailbox number.
Normally 165 or 500 are
the extension numbers for voice mail. In some companies, depending on
setup, a different extension number is used. If yours is different,
please substitute the correct extension number. Usually there is a VM
button on your phone, when you press it the display will show the voice mail
extension number
