KX-TDA SYSTEMS
If you have one of these systems, you can only use almost any series of phones.
The phones designed exclusively for this system are the 7600 series. The older version 7400 and 7200 series digital phones will also work on this system if properly configured. You can also have the analog series 7000, 7300 and 7700 series phones.
Press INTERCOM, STAR, 3301. If your voice comes over all the phones and you have any of the digital phones listed you have one of the TDA phone systems.
All the user features listed on this site work the same on all the TDA systems
This is the analog version of the KX-TDA50 phone system.
If you have this system, you can only use analog phones.
The phones available for this system are the 7700 series. The older version 7000 and 7300 series phones will also work on this system.
If you have any phones in the 7200, 7400 or 7600 series phones, you do not have this system.
Press INTERCOM, STAR, 3301. If your voice comes over all the phones and you only have the phones listed above, you probably have the TAW 848 system

KX-TD SYSTEMS
The KX-TD systems use any of the following digital phones
KX-T 7220 KX-T 7230 KX-T 7236
KX-T 7431 KX-T 7420 KX-T 7425 KX-T 7433 KX-T 7453 KX-T 7456
They can also use the analog phones; 7000, 7300 and 7700 series.
Press PROGRAM 99 6. If the display shows Jack No. and Ext. Number, you have one of these systems.
They KX-TA 1232 can only use the analog phones; 7000, 7300 and 7700 series. Most features are the same as the KX-TD series
KX-TA 308/624/824 SYSTEMS
KX-TA 308 KX-TA 624 KX-TA 824 The KX-TA systems can only use the 7000, 7300 and 7700 series of analog telephones. They cannot use the 7200, 7400 or 7600 series phones.
